NodeJs Developer |Salford

* £400-£500 p/d

* 3 months initially with an opportunity to extend

* Deadline: Thursday the 24th August

The Role

My Client is looking for a Software Developer Web/Node to join in a team of 6 (4 developers, 1 tester and 1 user interface) in Salford.

It is essential that the successful candidates will possess technical skills in front end web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) alongside a strong specialism in Node.js where 3 years minimum commercial experience is required.

In terms of software engineering skills they are looking for:

- A familiarisation with unit testing and TDD

- Continuous Integration practices

- Comfortable with code reviews and reviewing other people's code

- Agile workflow (we use a "pull model", sometimes called Kanban

- Git and particularly Github

It would also be beneficial if you have experience with Ruby and Ruby On Rails, this is not essential and some experience of AWS services is also a bonus.
