I recruit for a FTSE 100 Organisation who offers Engineering Support Services to the Royal Navy. They are currently recruiting an experienced Quality Controller to join the team.

The role holder will be responsible for the day to day governance of the Business Documentation Management System, ensuring that information held within it continues to accurately describe the organisation and its activities in line with ISO 9001 requirements.

Specific responsibilities will include maintaining and developing the system platform, providing compliance advice in relation to documentation control in accordance with ISO9001, also providing governance and guidance to the activities conducted by the system administrators.

Additionally, the role holder will undertake Quality Assurance related activities such as leading and participating in Audits and non-conformance management.

Requirements

* Significant experience of working in professional Quality roles.

* HNC in Quality, CQI level 3 certificate or equivalent qualification.

* ISO 9001 qualified Lead Auditor

* Specific experience of using electronic Quality Management Systems

* Excellent communication and networking skills.
