Business Objects Developer

A Tier 1 Bank urgently requires a Business Objects Developer to join a large Change Finance team for a project to deliver two Business Objects Universes and Reports.

The successful Business Objects Developer will work alongside a team of SQL Database Developers, VBA Developers and the Project Manager within a wider Loans Valuations Model project. This is to provide a data solution for the Bank's Actuarial Modellers who will be able to e.g. perform stress tests to gauge the likelihood of a customer defaulting on a loan.

Key Skills/Responsibilities:

Business Objects design and development

Experience manipulating data from a SQL Server Database

Data Warehouse design and development knowledge

Full Software Development Lifecycle experience

Experience producing technical specifications/documentation

Stakeholder management - ability to work with the Actuarial Modellers

Knowledge or experience with Actuarial data (nice to have)

Insurance or Finance experience
