A thriving electric vehicle organisation in Oxfordshire are looking for a Power System Test and Validation Engineer to join their team. Can you demonstrate experience with silicon IGBT's and silicon carbide? If so, then you could be the Power System Test and Validation Engineer that we've been looking for.
What will you be doing?
As a Power System Test and Validation Engineer, you'll create test and validation plans for an automotive power system, taking care when dealing with relevant documentation. You'll display initiative with dealing with the research and development within high power inverter technology. In addition to this, you will assist the Lead Engineer during the prototype and debug phases.
What skills/experience should you have?
* Thorough understanding of power systems (e.g. High voltage cables, connections and interlock systems)
* Ability to provide technical input and review of system and functional requirements through to testing and validation
* Track record of working with automotive certification processes EMC, CE/UL, FCC and UN regulations
