DV Cleared Service Design and Transition Manager

My Government Client require a DV Cleared Service Design and Transition Manager is responsible for the development of innovative service solutions, the successful transition of products and services in to service support and the ongoing assurance of services in collaboration with new and existing customers.

The role will be responsible for service design, service catalogue, service transition, operational readiness and acceptance in to service whilst establishing close working relationships with both UK and Regional teams, with this role providing a key interface between the service delivery, project and commercial teams.

Essential:

*Experience of defining and implementing process frameworks to support the delivery of Global services

*Experience of managing the delivery of change in relation to non IT services

*Experience of managing the delivery of risk management

*ITIL foundation certificate (or willingness to complete training within the first 6 months)

*Ability to present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner

*Excellent planning skills with ability to work to defined schedules

*Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Desirable:

*ITIL Expert Qualified and a excellent knowledge of the ITIL Framework

*Understanding or experience of overseas delivery.

*Experience and knowledge of ITIL best practice to Expert level

*Process design and re-engineering experience

*Experience of ISO 9001

*Prior experience of working within a business critical ITIL based service

*Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint /Excel skills
