Site Manager (Bespoke Housing)

Location: West Midlands

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (DOE) plus highly competitive benefits package

The Opportunity:

My client, is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their highly successful Bespoke Building division to work on High End Luxury Residential projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record delivering Luxury Housing Developments

The Key Requirements

* Luxury House Building Experience

* Carpentry or Bricklaying background

* Minimum of 3-5 years' experience

* Delivered projects in excess of £800k

* Knowledge of H&S obligations and building legislations

* Trade experience and site experience essential

* Stable track record of employment

* Full UK driving licence

Qualifications:

* SMSTS

* CSCS

* First Aid at Work
