Customer Analytics Manager - London - £65,000
This is an opportunity to work in the most exciting area of the business. This is a managerial position so you will be responsible for managing junior members of staff however you will also still be required to be hands on technically e.g. SAS/SQL/SPSS/R
Responsibilities
Provide deep analytical insights to guide clients business performance and strategies
Work off of the Customer Data to spot gaps and potential opportunities in the market
Measure the effectiveness of Marketing Campaigns, Online Propositions, Pricing and Promotions
Communicate your findings to Senior stakeholders in the business
Lead the Analytics team, managing analysts in your team
Requirements
Strong Programming experience in one of the following: SAS/SQL/SPSS/R
Modelling experience e.g. propensity modelling
Excellent communication skills
Previous Management/Leadership experience desirable
Knowledge of the Retail Industry desirable
