Technical Project Manager Worcester Permanent £45,000.

A Technical Project Manager is required to join our clients Software Development Team, who are one of the fastest growing organisations in the UK.

The role of a Technical Project Manager entails that you will take responsibility for ensuring that teams follow the correct procedures across project phases, be able to guide a team through the development, testing and implementation stages and ensure that objectives are met within a specific time period. As a technical project manager you will have the unique opportunity to manage change and pass on information down the line to concerned teams, whilst delegating and allocating responsibilities efficiently to manage projects. My client holds a strong position for new technology, and are eager for a Technical Project Manager to be heavily engaged in the process of innovative technology.

Ideal Candidates should have a mixture of the following:

* 5years+ Experience in Project Management and Agile Development lifecycles, methodology and standards

* Project Management qualifications such as PMI, PMP, ACP, or PRINCE2,

* Knowledge of MS Office Suite

* Strong negotiation and communication skills.

This role will suit a pragmatic and proactive individual, who can keep up to date with innovative technology and thrives on seeing their insights turned into improvements in the business and/or products on a regular basis.
