Agile Scrum Master

3 Months initially

Croydon

£450 - £475 per day

CONFIRMED AS OUTSIDE OF IR35

We have an excellent opportunity for a number of Agile Scrum Masters to join a great client on an interested programme of work.

Key Skills & Experience:

* Knowledge and experience in using and implementing Scrum and Kanban frameworks.

* Setting up facilitating Scrum events (retrospectives, sprint reviews and sprint planning sessions).

* Setting up Kanban boards.

* Helping the team monitor and maintain sprint progress.

* Shielding the team from interruptions during the sprint.

* Removing impediments that affect the team.

* Working with the product owner to refine and prioritise sprint backlog.

* Encouraging collaboration between the Scrum team and product owner.

* Encouraging collaboration between multiple Scrum teams.

* Using JIRA / Confluence.

Team Leading Skills:

* Leadership skills and experience in managing software delivery teams.

* Managing stakeholders and their expectations.

* Assist project management in project and release planning.

* Create progress reports and plans for Project Manager.

Technical Knowledge:

* Understanding and experience in the Software delivery lifecycle.

* Basic understanding of technical concepts(Preferred)

o DevOps

o Networking and infrastructure

o Java
