£38,000 - £40,000 + Bonus (£4,000 OTE) + Training + Progression + Pension + BUPA

Are you a Design Engineer looking for a challenging role with training and progression available while working on the latest industry patented Instrumentation technology?

This is an opportunity to showcase your design skills and develop new products while being one of the go-to Design Engineers for a renowned company.

This company specialise in the manufacture of instrumentation and process plant equipment. They have multiple patents and are industry leaders. They are known for their continuous staff development with plenty of training and career progression opportunities as well as a great working environment with low staff turnover.

This role would suit a Mechanical Design Engineer looking for a challenging, but varied and rewarding role.

My client will consider candidates from a range of Industries including: Oil & Gas, Chemical, Manufacturing, Energy, Nuclear, Petrochemical etc.

The Role:

- Design and Development of Instrumentation Products

- Preparation of 3D Models using Solidworks

- Implementing new design and seeing them through to Production

The Candidate:

- Mechanical Engineering degree or Equivalent

- Previous experience designing in 3D CAD (Solidworks preferred)

- Familiarity with ANSYS of Fluid Dynamics advantageous but not essential
