Do you have experience of using 2D AutoCAD? Are you looking to develop your skills through learning from experienced engineers?

This company are a specialist in the design and manufacture of bespoke fabrications for a wide range of industries. As a result of increased business they now looking for a CAD Technician to become a technical expert within their organisation.

In this role you will be converting customer drawings into sheet metal fabrications through creating and modelling items in 2D and 3D AutoCAD. This is a customer facing position where you assist in producing quotes and will eventually visit customer sites to carry out estimates on projects.

This role would suit a CAD Technician/Draughtsperson/engineer with strong 2D and 3D AutoCAD skills who has produced sheet metal parts and fabrications.

The Role:

*Converting customer drawings into fabrications

*Using 2D and 3D AutoCAD

*Customer facing work dealing with quotes and enquiries

The Candidate:

*Experience with AutoCAD

*Good customer facing skills

*Experience of producing sheet metal parts/components
