I am recruiting for a non profit organisation based in Westminster who are looking for a CRM / Salesforce Project Manager - Up to £42,000!

Candidates wishing to apply must have experience managing CRM or IT projects. In order to stand out, candidates should also have project management certifications or relevant training in Salesforce.

The Project Manager will be the main point of contact around development and effectiveness of the team and manage new and existing projects throughout every stage of the project life cycle to define project scope, timeline, and resources. The main CRM is Salesforce, so candidates that have prior experience will get priority when it comes to shortlisting.

The role will include supporting the strategy of each implementation project.

Key Skills Required

- At least 2 years of experience managing CRM projects in an Agile environment

- Demonstrated ability to translate business issues into IT solutions, with a demonstrated proficiency in evolving and managing IT system/service development/compliance management.

- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

- Proven project leadership skills with the ability to multi-task, delegate and prioritize tasks.

Advantageous to have the following;

- Salesforce CRM Experience

- Project Management / Salesforce Certifications
