INTEGRATED LOGISTICS SUPPORT / ILS / AIRC2 / ACCS / NATO / UEDEM, GERMANY / SC CLEARED

LOCATION - UEDEM, GERMANY

CONTRACT - 3 MONTHS+, FULL-TIME ON-SITE

RATE - EUR55 EUROS PER HOUR - BASED ON 38 HOUR WEEK

SUBMISSION DEADLINE - FRIDAY 22ND SEPTEMBER

Skills, knowledge, experience required

Mandatory

0.1.1.Experience in requesting, receiving, storage, distribution and inventory of CIS Assets.

0.1.2.Knowledge of Air Command & Control assets would be an advantage.

0.1.3.Knowledge of Asset Management procedures.

0.1.4.General knowledge of ADP and telecommunications assets.

0.1.5.Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements would be an advantage.

0.1.6.Practical experience in the use of Database software or any other equivalent.

0.1.7.University degree (minimum Bachelor's) in a relevant field.

Desired

0.2.1.Practical experience in the use of PC based NATO resource management tools

0.2.2.Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization, including ACO and ACT

Other Requirements:

1.1.Fluency in spoken and written English

1.2.NATO Secret Clearance

1.3.Nationality of one of the NATO member nations

Duties/Roles

2.1.Perform ACCS HOTO activities in Uedem.

2.2.Perform Asset Management

2.3.Perform ACCS related property accounting duties in support of CSU Uedem sub-PAO

2.4.Enables annual inventory inspection

2.5.Enables customer requirements according to SLA

2.6.Ensures all CIS equipment discrepancies are fully investigated.

2.7.Support AirC2 in ACCS HOTO activities.

2.8.Liaise with CSSC, AirC2 and NSPA for ACCS HOTO.
