Corporate Control Consultant

Corporate Control Consultant required to join a world leading asset management firm on a long term contract. The Corporate Control team cover a wide remit so this is a great opportunity to gain experience within a cutting edge business.

Corporate Control Consultant responsibilities:

* Addressing internal Corporate entity restructures and assisting with implementing step plans for these entity changes using Oracle financial systems/HFM

* Ensuring correct accounting for Corporate structure, including non-controlling interests, retained earnings and investments in subsidiary

* Liaising with the company across multiple teams on a global basis

Corporate Control Consultant requirements:

* Experience working with Oracle Financials / HFM (Hyperion Financial Management)

* The project involves very detailed and complex work, so requires goof attention to detail and previous experience in a multinational company with a complex entity structure

* Good communication skills and ability to communicate at a senior level, as well as ability to describe complex financial transactions

* ACA or CIMA qualifications would be beneficial
