Based in London, the Senior Power Electronics Engineer (Low-Power) will be joining an organisation at the forefront of a new technology, which will revolutionise the way we live. The main focus of this organisation is on power systems for wireless connectivity.
The Senior Power Electronics Engineer (Low-Power) will be responsible for leading the specification, design and test of charge pump and SMPS topologies for low-power applications, as well as assisting in the design and development of IC chip in collaboration with ASIC engineers and identifying power converter topologies for a wide range of products.
The Senior Power Electronics Engineer (Low-Power) will have a relevant degree in Electronics or Electronic telecommunications and have a proven background in the following:
*low-power management design, such as buck, boost and buck-boost.
*Knowledge of IC fabrication and microelectronic devices.
*An expert understanding of energy harvesting.
