Package: £55,000 - £60,000 car or car allowance & benefits

An excellent new opportunity for a Managing Quantity Surveyor has come around. Joining a leading, national main contractor, the company are committed to training and developing their staff and will afford the successful Managing Quantity Surveyor every opportunity for career advancement.
With a full order book and coming off the back of a very strong start to 2017, this position offers growth, stability and the prospect of growing within an exciting company.
As a Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will work as part of a commercial team delivering several Highways in the North West as well as Major Civil Engineering projects. The variety of work recently won make this an exceptional opportunity for anyone looking to progress within the industry.
The ideal Quantity Surveyor will:
* Be degree qualified (Quantity Surveying) or equivalent.
* Have a minimum of 8 years' post graduate experience.
* Highways, surfacing and managing experience is needed.
* Experience with NEC contracts.
* High attention to detail.
* Enjoy fast paced work.
* Be eager to step up and advance their career.
* Advanced IT skills.
Remuneration:
The successful Managing Quantity Surveyor has the opportunity to earn:
* Salary between £55,000 and £60,000 per annum.
* Generous car allowance/company car
* Health care
* Pension Contribution.
