Are you a quantity surveyor looking for a position within a market leading company where you will be given niche industry training and the opportunity to progress into a site management role?

This role is ideal for a quantity surveyor that wants commercial responsibility which will allow them to take the next stepping stone in their civils career.

The company themselves are at the forefront of the water industry. They hold major contracts for construction and refurbishment of the UK's most significant water suppliers. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking for a commercial manager that wants to take the next stepping stone in their civils career.

This role is based in the Morpeth and surrounding areas where you will deliver client projects by providing expert support from a technical and commercial perspective whilst supporting the Team Leader with financial information ready for the monthly reporting whilst working towards a commercial management role.

* Quantity surveyor

* Experience working to NEC framework contracts

* Wants progression

* Full UK Driving License

* Civils experience would be an advantage
