Quantity Surveyor - £55,000 - £85,000 - Warwickshire

A long established Groundworks and Civils contractor is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Warwickshire.

The company undertake projects across the Education, Housing, Leisure, Industrial, Health and Retail sectors.

Work is based within a 60 mile radius of the office and the Quantity Surveyor will typically look after 2/3 projects at a time.

The client also offer the successful Quantity Surveyor a bonus scheme and company car or car allowance on top of a good salary.

Quantity Surveyor Requirements:

-Experience working on Groundworks and Civils projects

-Able to work closely and liaise with site teams

-Stand-alone QS who can run their own projects from start to finish

-NEC Contract Experience

-Full UK Driving Licence

Quantity Surveyor Remuneration

Salary: £55,000 - £85,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Location: Warwickshire

Other benefits: Car/Car allowance, bonus
