Senior MISRA Embedded C Engineer/ Embedded C Engineer/ Misra-C Engineer/ Senior Embedded C Developer/ Senior Misra-C Embedded Firmware Engineer I met yesterday with a Cambridge based client of mine who have won a new project and in the next two to four weeks they will be requiring specialist firmware support to work on a MPC5674f processor for an ECU, Misra C is essential and you will also be interfacing to another Micro-processor. Any familiarity with E-GAS is useful for developing the architecture but not essential. The role involves Simulink modelling - RTW/Simulink Coder, interfacing to code, and Python scripting.Senior MISRA Embedded C Engineer/ Embedded C Engineer/ Misra-C Engineer/ Senior Embedded C Developer/ Senior Misra-C Embedded Firmware Engineer A familiarity with the principles of engine operation (crank, cam, sparks, injectors, sensors etc) is useful and the role can also include aspects of being customer facing. Calibration experience is useful i.e cal guides for OEMs and general engine strategy documentation, a familiarity with POWERPC architecture is also beneficial.
