Retail Planning Manager

William Hill Retail has 2,400 betting shops and employs over 12,500 staff and is a trusted brand. The Retail Planning Manager will support the Retail function whilst owning and maintaining the plan that tracks the activity throughout Retail.

You'll establish and manage an effective PMO function and governance processes across Retail. You'll track the Retail Risk Register and develop and manage the Retail Planner ensuring projects and initiatives are prioritised. You'll be working closely with key stakeholder and will ensure the smooth running and effectiveness of key meetings and contract milestones. You'll be required to ensure efficient change control methods.

You'll come from a PMO / Project Management Office function with experience of creating and maintaining strategic and operational plans including risks. You'll have experience of tracking activity on the Retail Plan and be able to stand up to stakeholders. You'll ideally come from the Retail sector, although other industries will be considered.
