Project Quantity Surveyor / QS / Quantity SurveyorPERMANENTProject Quantity Surveyor / QS / Quantity Surveyor is required for an international organisation working across multiple sectors including but not limited to Construction, Rail, Civil Engineering, Utilities, Education and Health. The focus of the position will be centred around contractual disputes rather than the industry of the project; however, they will focus on Maintenance and Construction Planning, Building and Demolition.Location: Staffordshire also commutable from Derby, Nottingham, Leamington Spa, Coventry, Loughborough, Walsall and Wolverhampton.Salary: £33,000-£36,000 depend on individual experience plus benefits such as a company car and pension scheme.Interviews: are being held from the ^3rd October, this will be one stage interview process with the Commercial DirectorThe role: The Project Quantity Surveyor / QS / Quantity Surveyor QS role will be a mostly focussed on contractual issues including contract administration and agreeing terms and conditions of multiple contracts at tender stage.
