£45000 - £50000 + 28 days holiday - Training scheme, Pension

Are you a Project Manager? Do you have experience of managing Commercial Fit-out projects? My client is a leading Commercial fit out business. They are seeking a Project Manager to manage key projects for their commercial retail and educational clients.

The successful candidate will have previous experience of fit out projects, Be able to successfully manage sub-contractors and key project stakeholders. As well as being a motivated self-starter that is keen to progress their skills and develop within the role. Also highly advantageous is experience with dealing with furniture suppliers and/or estimating experience although these are not essential.

The role:

*Managing 5-10 commercial fit-out projects at a time

*Liaising with key projects stakeholders including sub-contractors and furniture manufacturers

The person:

*Previous experience of project management within construction/fit out

*Project management accreditation (Prince2 or similar) Or relevant industry experience

*Estimating experience preferable (not essential)
