The change management professional will play a key role in providing change management support for key strategic business initiatives. You will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, organisational structures and culture. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management plans that maximise employee adoption and minimise resistance.

The change management professional will

* execute on change approach, detail out change plans and follow up on them for specific strategic business initiatives

* drive the process of identifying, assessing, aligning and involving key stakeholders

* assess and monitor business change readiness and risks associated with key strategic business initiatives

* ensure approriate actions are put in place to mitigate change risks

* evaluate future state adoption rate

* engage and facilite communication (internally and externally) with affected individuals and groups to promote understanding

* design process to build necessary strategic capabilities needed to close the gap between current and future state

* design and ensure training delivery to operate effectively with the strategic initiative

* facilitate in leveraging people`s strengths across EMEIA

While the change management professional will not have supervisory responsibility, this person will have to work through many others in the organization to succeed. You will provide direct support and coaching to all levels of managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions and will also support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans.

* 2-3 years experience of managing change in multinational organisations, covering analysis of change impacts, stakeholder management, operational and organizational design

* Track record in communication and training planning & delivery to support change

* Project management experience covering cross functional projects

* Able to influence a large group of individuals to translate conceptual learning into practical application

* Experience and passion for facilitating cross functional, multi country teams

* High Level understanding of business processes

* Strong communication skills in English a must, 2nd European language preferred

* Change implementation certification ideal

* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required
