The successful Supply Chain Administrator will be working within the Customer Project Team as the first point of contact for the DE&S VST Platform-Based Project Teams at the forefront of the company's Inventory and Repair Management's customer interface at Abbey Wood. The core duties of the role are to be available to the customer as a single point of contact on their floorplate, to record concerns, issues and Requests For Information (RFI's) arising from the customer and direct them through to the relevant section of I&RM for response.

Key Accountabilities:

* Ensure all Health and Safety standards and policies are adhered to at all times.

* Building effective and productive internal and external stakeholder relationships based on trust.

* Provide an I&RM point of contact for all customer enquiries and Requests For Information (RFI')

* Recording, classifying and reporting on customer concerns, issues and risks and ensuring accurate responses are returned to the customer in a timely fashion.

* Monitor and update the tracking of documentation between the customer and I&RM in SharePoint

* Production of minutes at key customer facing meetings

* Support the Service Excellence Manager with the production of documentation and reports

* Escalate issues to the SEM in a timely manner

* Monitor due dates on ICCR, Business Case and other routine outputs

* Act as Secretary in formal PT led Monthly Meetings.

* Support the SEM in ensuring all I&RM actions are completed as determined at the meetings.

Requirements:

Essential:

* Willingness to travel within the UK where required, approximately 3 days per month.

* Experience of Supply Chain Management (SCM)

Desirable:

* Full UK driving license.

* MCIPS, MBA or Project Management qualifications (i.e. APMP,

* PRINCE 2).

* Knowledge of the MoD Supply Chain and Repair Management

* Knowledge of the DE&S managed Service Provision and

* Transformation Contract (SPC) and Strategic Support

* Supplier (SSS) requirements.

* Knowledge of International Trade of Arms Regulations (ITAR) and

* Trade Controls
