Progressive Recruitment are currently looking for a PM & BA Practice Manager to join our client in the financial services sector. You will be managing a team of 10-15 people across a large portfolio of projects that consists of IT infrastructure, IT application, digital and business transformation.

The successful candidate will have a solid background in managing large programs of work using agile frameworks as well as experience directly managing a team of BA's and PM's across a portfolio of projects. You will also be experienced using agile methodologies in order to improve the capabilities of the PMO processes and delivery teams.

Key Requirements:

* Bachelors degree in IT or related field

* 10+ years project management experience

* 3+ years practice/portfolio management experience

* Proven experience directly managing a team of 10+ project managers and business analysts

* Proven experience managing large complex projects and programs

* Broad project exposure including digital, infrastructure, application and transformation

* Strong agile experience

* Experience developing and implementing new delivery frameworks and processes

* Extensive vendor management experience

* Exec stakeholder management experience

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
