Business Change Programme Manager

We are actively seeking a Business Change Programme Manager Based in London

The Business Change Manager is a key role and will ensure projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. As the Business Change Manager, you will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary responsibility of the Business Change Manager will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.

* Essential skills/experience

* Experience in all areas of change management (communications, training, stakeholder management, impact assessment, readiness)

* Experience working on business wide change projects/programmes

* Experience working in disparate organisations (where employees are spread across multiple sites)

* Ability to work at all levels of the organisation (from director to end user)

* Excellent communication skills

* Willingness to travel to other sites

* Retail experience

* Experience in information security / compliance change

* Experience in cultural change

* Project management
