Are you from a fleet management background and looking for a diverse, challenging and rewarding role with a market leading transport company?

On offer is a newly created position with an industry leader offering the chance to improve standards and develop personnel with a company with a very low turnover of staff.

The company are one of the largest transport providers in Europe. They offer services across rail, tram, coach and bus platforms and are expanding their operations across Europe.

In this role you will report to the Engineering Manager, offering assistance and deputising where needed. You will manage and motivate a team of technical staff to make sure that company and VOSA standards are met and push to achieve KPIs for vehicle maintenance.

The ideal applicant will come from a fleet maintenance background and will be looking to join a market leader offering long term progression into engineering manager.

The Role

*Manage and motivate technical team of PSV/ HGV fitters

*Maintain vehicle records to department of transport standards

*£30,000 + Progression + Pension + 25 Days Holiday
