CAD Technician (Shopfitting)

Highbridge, Somerset

£25,000 - £27'000 + training + progression + pension + holiday

A diverse and challenging role within a progressive, growing local business that will see the CAD Technician develop their skills and progress their career.

The business is a nationwide shopfitting organisation, working with major clients to deliver high quality design, manufacture and fitting services. Due to continual success and growing demand they now require a Project Manager to ensure the prompt delivery of their manufacture and fitting services.

The CAD Technician will take site survey documentation and produce detailed technical drawings for final proposals and manufacture. The specialist nature of the work will require an understanding of metalwork and 3D CAD skills are essential. Any experience in the shopfitting industry will be advantageous.

The role

*Reviewing site survey documentation to create proposal and manufacture drawings

*Multiple projects with varying design demands

*Using Inventor software and working primarily with metals.

*3D CAD skills

*Understanding of Metalwork

*Shopfitting experience will be advantageous.
