Job Role: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Liverpool, Lancashire.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 plus a competitive benefits package.
The Opportunity
You, the Quantity Surveyor have the opportunity to join a leading, family-feel contractor based in Liverpool, Merseyside. You will be a part of a variety of infrastructure projects within rail and highways environments.
The successful candidate will report into the Commercial Manager. As the Quantity Surveyor will carry out financial and contractual administration, develop a procurement strategy and produce financial reports.
With the direction in which the business is going, there will be progression opportunities available. It is truly a good time to join this contractor.
What is my client looking for?
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will:
* Must have relevant Quantity Surveying qualification (degree/HND)
* Must have at least 3 years' experience in Quantity Surveying
* Will have experience working on infrastructure projects.
The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong contractual knowledge and a strong drive to succeed.
