Package: Up to £70,000 DOE + package.

The Opportunity

Brand new opportunity for an established Commercial Manager to lead an exciting new development, valued in excess of £30million. This is an award winning company with exceptional pedigree - looking for a leader to help drive the business forward in 2018 and beyond.

Role

The role is to take Commercial responsibility for the development of a £30million High Rise development, covering more than 300 units over 20+ storeys. The successful Commercial Manager will have a proven track record of running high-value projects and coming from a respected Contractor.

JCT contract experience is vital.

Key Requirements:

As Commercial Manager, you will:

* Have a minimum of 8 years' experience in the UK

* Have prior experience leading New-Build projects valued at £20million and upwards

* Strong communication and negotiation skills.

* Degree Qualified (BSc or equivalent) in a relevant field

* RICS chartered (or working towards) is desirable

Remuneration:

The successful Quantity Surveyor has the opportunity to earn:

* Salary up to £70,000 DoE
