Spring Technology is currently recruiting 2x Business Analysts and a Programme Manager to join our financial client in Coventry on an initial 6 month contract, with a view to be extended.

Please note that the start date will fall in early November 2017

Our client requires a 2 Business Analysts and a Programme Manager with a strong background in financial services, to aid in the implementation of a new banking platform for the business which will be Temenos. Our client is looking for a candidate with a hands on approach to work, alongside the ability to thrive in smaller teams and even take responsibility for small teams of junior BA's. The Programme Manager will oversee the project from conception to Delivery.

There will be a heavy focus on stakeholder management skills in this role, as the business implement various new platforms, it is critical that stakeholders are engaged and managed effectively throughout the delivery of the project.

Essential Experience:

*Experience within financial services (ideally challenger / emerging banks)

Previous work on implementations of banking platforms, including: loans, mortgages, investing and saving

*

Excellent communication skills and a hands on approach to projects

* Focus on stakeholder management skills

* Ability to work in small teams

* Management of small teams

* Prince 2 / ISEB qualified
