Intermediate Construction Planner - Brent Cross, London

We currently have a requirement for a Junior or Intermediate Construction Planner to join a growing main contractor in Brent Cross, London. The role will involve working on a mixture of tender and live projects across London and the EU region, including commercial, residential, heritage and leisure schemes. Your role will be that of a typical Planner and will involve creating detailed programmes using relevant software, monitoring progress on site/updating plans, stakeholder management and some claims (delay analysis) work.

This client offers a very different environment in which to progress your career and would perhaps suit an individual from a top 20 main contractor, seeking a very contrasting change and challenge.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have the following experience:

-At least 2-5 years construction planning experience on UK-based projects.

-Must possess a construction-related degree.

-Proficiency with Asta Powerproject software desirable.

-Willing to learn, develop and open to new ways of thinking.

-Eligible to work in the UK.
