Main Accountabilities/Measured on:
* Delivery of the specified scope of program on time, quality and budget according to agreed program standards and best practice.
* The successful delivery of projects assigned to the Program against agreed: Scope, Budget, Quality & Timeline according to agreed project standards and best practice
Stakeholders:
* Project Managers
* Other SDM BO line managers / Program managers
* Members of Steering Committees and Portfolio boards
* Head of Solution Delivery Management (SDM) & Solution Architect(s) & Solution Analyst(s).
* Program and project Team Members
* External Partners, suppliers
* Release or/and roll-out manager
Main tasks & responsibilities:
* Consolidate project plans and create program plan incl. cost, budget, resources, timing etc.
* Obtain program approvals from Portfolio Board incl. Program Budget
* Kick-off program and set-up governance to properly manage the different projects
* Resolve projects escalations
* Manage interdependencies between projects and Key Milestones
* Ensure that program`s projects meet their objectives
* Consult, support, drive and lead the program`s Project Managers, who are reporting to him for the period of the program
* Facilities and drives program steering committee's
* Ensure & drive program communication
Management Responsibilities & Decision Power:
* Management of the assigned program team and project managers.
* Decides program structure
* Suggests project managers
* Governs spend of project budgets
* Approves scope and planning of the projects within the program limits
* Initiates or stops projects to achieve program objectives

Professional & Leadership Experience:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in large program management
* Experienced in communicating at a Executive Level
* Strong ability to work under pressure
* Project management related certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE 2, …)
* Proven track record and experience of successful management of cross-cultural teams including career development, performance feedback and evaluation
Education & Training
* University degree in specific technical area related to area of expertise
* Preferably additional qualification in Project Management
Minimum Requirements:
* Willingness and ability to travel (more than 50% of the time)
* Good to excellent command of English.
* Any additional language is a plus especially French, Spanish, German
