Project Manager

Daily Rate - £350

Choice of locations - Chichester / Dorset / Rosyth

My client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in either Chichester, Dorset or Rosyth. There will be minimal travel involved so the successful candidate can decide which office location will work best.

Do to the nature of the client they are seeking applicants with a background in defence, maritime or nuclear.

Outline of duties:

Project Manager to work directly for Programme Managers or Senior Project Managers. Work will be focused on building effective project plans, directing and measuring people and activities on a project and task basis, reporting progress and dealing with resourcing conflicts.

Project managers with considerable experience are essential to the role. The role is not an entry level role and depends on having the experience to manage projects while adapting to the procedures and processes of client at short notice. Used to handling customers in a direct one to one and meeting environment.

Applicants must have good skills in MS products and be Prince 2 certified.

Although not essential, candidates with live SC clearance are desirable.
