Program Manager - Digital & Loan Origination

Progressive Recruitment are currently looking for a Program Manager to manage a $20m+ digital and loan origination program for a financial services client.

The successful candidate will have extensive digital project experience, including knowledge of loan origination platforms. You will also have experience managing large and complex programs whilst managing exec level stakeholders, and multiple large vendors.

Key Requirements:

* Bachelors Degree in IT or related field

* 10+ years project & program management experience

* Extensive experience managing digital projects

* Loan origination project experience

* Strong knowledge of the SDLC

* Prior experience managing $10m+ programs of work with multiple streams

* Strong agile methodology experience & knowledge

* Strong governance & exec level reporting experience

* Extensive vendor management experience

* Exec level stakeholder management experience

* Strong knowledge of lending/financial services industry

* Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Highly Desirable:

* Agile practitioner

* PMP or Prince2 certified

Tenure - Permanent
