* Managing or leading Agile engagements in a distributed Agile environment

* Organising and facilitating all Scrum Ceremonies

* Wider Agile approaches and techniques: User Stories, Kanban, TDD, Continuous Integration, Pair Programming, Automated Testing etc.

* Operating and championing a trusting environment, to facilitate the raising of issues in an open arena for wider discussion

* Project planning and time management

* Managing senior stakeholders and reporting into group Leadership teams

* PSM1 Scrum Master Certification (scrum.org)

* Agile tooling such as Jira and Confluence

* Full software development lifecycle

* Proven ability to work in a team environment under pressure to deliver quality products to tight deadlines
