Position for a Commercial Manager to join a market leading company where you will be given niche industry training, the opportunity to progress and a generous bonus scheme.

This role is ideal for someone that wants commercial responsibility for carrying out financial negotiations through to formulating budgets whilst managing relevant job schedules and related duties.

The company themselves are at the forefront of the water industry. They hold major contracts for construction and refurbishment of the UK's most significant water suppliers. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking for a commercial manager that wants to take the next stepping stone in their civils career.

This role is based in the Bridgend and surrounding areas where you will deliver client projects by providing expert support from a technical and commercial perspective whilst supporting the Team Leader with financial information ready for the monthly reporting.

The Role:

* Commercial Manager / Civil Estimator

* Experience of NEC Contracts

The Person:

* Commercial Management or similar experience

* Experience working to NEC framework contracts

* Experience within water industry preferred

* Wants progression

* Full Clean UK Driving Licence
