Programme Manager - GDPR

Role: Programme Manager

Rate: Negotiable

Location: Reading, Berkshire.

Length: 6 Months

Nigel Frank International are currently recruiting for an experienced Programme Manager to join a leading organisation based in Reading, Berkshire. As the Programme Manager, you will be responsible for leading the current GDPR programme whilst providing regular updates on the programmes performance to key internal stakeholders across the business.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with Executive Board Senior Management and should be able to influence, negotiate and advise effectively whilst working to set deadlines within a high pressure environment.

Essential:

* Senior management experience and matrix management within a large organisation.

* Extensive experience as a Programme Project Management professional.

* Experience of managing large programmes and projects.

* Experience of working with multi-function, cross directorate teams to deliver objectives.

* Experience in management & forecasting of significant budgets.

* Expert knowledge of Programme Management methodologies Prince2 Practitioner and MSP Practitioner.

Desirable:

* Microsoft Project knowledge.

* Understanding of charity governance.

* Knowledge of data projection requirements.

* Understanding of GDPR regulations.

* Experience of embedding significant change within an organisation.

* Experience of working on data management programmes.
