Progressive Recruitment are currently looking for a Project Manager/Business Analyst (80/20 split) with CRM & ITSM implementation experience. The client deliver IT solutions to various companies in various industries.

The successful candidate will have solid business analyst experience with end to end project management experience on COTS application projects up $1m+ in spend. You will also have experience implementing salesforce and servicenow, (ideally on the vendor side) using both agile and waterfall methodologies.

Key Requirements:

* Bachelors degree in IT or related field

* 2+ years project management experience

* 5+ years business analyst experience

* Extensive requirement gathering

* Experience using waterfall & agile methodologies

* Experience implementing CRM & ITSM systems

* Proven experience managing multiple projects with budgets up to $1m+

* Strong governance & reporting capabilities

* Excellent knowledge of the SDLC

* Strong stakeholder management experience

* Strong client engagement skills

* Excellent written & verbal communication skills

* Formal project management qualification

Highly Desirable:

* Salesforce & other CRM implementation experience

* ServiceNow & other ITSM implementation experience

* Prince2/PMP certified

* Consulting/Vendor/Client facing experience
