Lead Planner/Planning Manager - London - Construction

Lead Planner required for a major contractor based in London who are working on a £100m new build project.

Skills Required:

-Must have experience leading a team of planners

-Experience working with a main contractor

-Have worked on projects of £80m+ in Central London

-Proficient with Asta Powerproject

What you'll be doing:

-Developing and maintaining programmes

-Managing and develop a team of planners

-Developing relationships with clients and stakeholders

-Carrying out site visits

Qualifications:

-Experience of working in a Senior Planning role for a main contractor essential

-HNC / Degree in construction

-Ideally a member or working towards membership of a Professional Institute
