Head of PMO / PMO Manager

Head of PMO required managing a small focused team delivering across a federated environment. Ideally I am looking for someone who has worked on a Global or European scale and is used to working in fast paced and complex IT and Change environments. Experience setting up PMOs from scratch would be ideal coupled with strong project process and best practice in the programme arena. Solid line and stakeholder management expected, a self-starter who can hit the ground running and add value straight away. This is a Governance role delivered around the Prince 2 framework so any exposure to that would be fantastic. Ideally you will have delivered to both internal and external stakeholders so any consultancy experience would be of value as would experience of working as a Project and Programme Manager. The salary range is large as they would consider a PMO Manager or a Head of PMO. Any exposure to Defence sector would be desirable but is not a deal breaker if you have at least worked at a European level.
