An excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor/ Estimator to join an expanding company where you will be working on various projects within multiple industries on projects worth up to 5 million pounds.

The company, is based in the South West and have been storming the construction industry for over 50 years. The recent developments within the business include steady expansion plans while still undertaking quality contracts and targeting both the commercial and residential marketplace.

The role, is a combination of Surveying and Estimating. It will be mainly based within the office with some site visits included. You will be fully responsible for working on tenders and managing projects; this includes overseeing the project from the very start to post completion.

THE ROLE:

*Quantity Surveyor/ Estimator

*Based mainly in the office with some visits out to site.

*Overseeing a project from start to finish.

*Managing tenders and projects.

*Dealing with clients

THE PERSON:

*Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the Construction industry.

*A qualified Quantity Surveyor.

*Local to the Somerset area.
