The company are a renowned global manufacturer who have multiple sites around the world and who provide expert services to every level of their industry manufacturing cycle in the UK, as well as research at their sites in India.

The role itself is directing engineering maintenance across all levels and areas of infrastructure within the company. You will manage company assets to ensure maximum effectiveness, and will be solely responsible for staff within the maintenance department

This is an opportunity for someone looking to step into a role where they can immediately stamp their mark on proceedings and deeply effect operations moving forward

The Role:

*Maintenance Manager

*Pharmaceutical Manufacturing site

*Mix of hands on and hands off leadership - 80% hands off/20% hands on (leading by example)

*Monday - Friday 8am-4pm

The Person:

*Maintenance Leadership experience

*Pharmaceutical or Chemical Manufacturing background

*Wants a part hands on type leadership role
