My client specialises in IC packaging and semiconductor test projects. They're growing well in Europe and are looking for a Technical Programme Manager to bridge the gap between engineering, sales and internal manufacturing teams.

The objective of the role will be to develop relationships with customers, support their project with technical expertise, and ensure a smooth delivery (on time and within budget).

The successful Technical Programme Manage will need:

- A technical degree in electronics engineering, or similar

- A background in semiconductor test or assembly

- A thorough understanding of IC packaging

- The willingness to travel as required (internationally)

- A home office in Germany, France or Switzerland
