Account Manager

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager working at a well-established UK-wide consultancy working within the Education sector. The aim of Account Manager is to build relationships with customers and to support schools and academies in obtaining best value from their SIMS software. You will be field based and work with schools in the South, predominantly within Wiltshire, Hampshire, Dorset, and Isle of Wight.

In this role, the Account Manager will attend customer service meetings with individual schools and academies to discuss their current usage of SIMS, as well as work with the key stakeholders within schools in an advisory role to maximise the utilisation of SIMS and gain an understanding of the school's objectives, sharing information on how SIMS can support school improvement. The Account Manager will also be responsible for recognising sales opportunities and developing/growing accounts.

Skills required for the Account Manager:

* Excellent knowledge/experience of SIMS software

* Strong customer service background

* Excellent communication and organisation skills

* Ability to prepare and deliver presentations
