Project Engineer - Food Hygiene

£20,000 to £25,000 + Training + Progression + Healthcare + Pension + Holiday

Excellent opportunity for an applied microbiology, food technology or engineering graduate with project management skills to join an industry leading company that is offering a role with plenty of on the job training, progression and the chance to work alongside some of the biggest food companies in the world.

This company specialises in the food industry providing scientific, technical and advisory support to many of the biggest blue chip manufacturers and researchers in the country.

In this role you will join a busy team as you deliver and grow the factory hygiene services.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in a relevant subject (applied microbiology, food technology or engineering) and have effective project management skills from recent experience.

The Role:

*Technical delivery of both research and contract outputs to agreed service levels

*Supporting business development and external marketing

*Delivering training courses

*Managing technical enquiries on food hygiene topics

The Person:

*Degree in a relevant subject (applied microbiology, food technology or engineering)

*Effective project management skills from recent experience

*Full UK Driving Licence
