Role: PMO Analyst - SC Cleared
Location: Aldershot
Duration: 6 months
My Client is looking for a PMO Analyst to join the team in Aldershot for an initial 6 month project.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with general/standard PMO activities as required
* Work with clients to develop/understand pipeline of changes coming through.
* Review all changes submitted by the clients ahead of triage and reject any that do not conform to required standards.
* Work with client to understand urgency and prioritisation of the various CRs.
* Log and track CRs through their lifecycle (from receipt to closedown and invoicing). This would also include changes to requirements
* Assist PMs to work with deployment teams to understand when there are windows open to promote projects to pre-production and production and get involved in sequencing of deployments/resolution of any conflicts.
* Track internal projects and ROM/Tech refresh projects.
* Work with PMs to draft proposals
* QA check proposals are fit for purpose and conform to contract before they are issued.
* Chase approvals with client.
* Review Milestone completion certificates before submission to ensure they confirm to associated project milestones
* Check invoices before submission.
* Check service impacts of the CR have been considered, included and costed in the proposals (including annual charges on kit, software and licences).
Additionally:
* Assist with management of procurement activities.
* Own set up of in company cross account labour charging processes
* Work with finance and PMs on tracking of third party company labour and expenses
* High attention to detail required
* Excellent written skills necessary
* Proactive "can do" approach
Due to the nature of the role, candidates are required to hold an active SC clearance or be eligible to undergo the process.
