Job Role

Job Title: PMO Analyst

Daily Rate: Up to £300

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Length: 3-6 Months

Location: Alderley Edge

The Role

We are currently looking for an experienced PMO analyst specialising testing for a 6 month contract based in the Alderley Edge area. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in the following areas:

PMO Analysis

Test Analysis

Management Information Analyst

Test Logs

Change Requests

Microsoft Office

Day to Day responsibilities

- Manage the Test tracking process using the appropriate tools, templates and methods.

- Create & maintain key materials required by the test manager, such as risk and issue management documentation, change requests, plans, status reports, financial & resourcing information.

*Preparation of MI Reports to present, to enable fact based decision making

*Tracking and reporting progress against key testing deliverables

*Dependency management and coordination of project test interdependencies

- Support ensure framework exists for them to manage the below activities* relevant to their planned activities, and provide support where intervention is needed to ensure adherence and quality

- Act as a point of contact for the Workstream Leads, responding to queries and ad-hoc requests.

- Work with in a flexible and collaborative manner, providing more general administrative support where required.

- Support the Test Manager with the day-to-day running of their team and planned activities including communications to the team and third party supply management

Essential Experience

A proven track record in a comparable PMO role

Ability to quickly learn and apply knowledge of the operation of the area where the job operates;

Good verbal and written communication skills, including strong customer focus;

Must be proactive, able to work without requiring micro-managing, approachable but decisive - a safe pair of hands

Strong organisational skills;

Financial management skills

Competency at using Microsoft Office software, particularly Project, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
