Are you an engineering or maintenance manager looking for a varied and highly autonomous role, where you will lead a team and be able to stamp your image on a department and play an instrumental role in the company's future?

This manufacturing organisation produce components and products for a wide variety of markets and sectors globally. They are diversifying their client base and are investing heavily to further strive to produce the highest quality components available. Now due to succession planning they are looking for an engineering manager to take a pivotal role in the business.

In this role you will be leading a team of 15 engineers for all maintenance activities across the plant. You will be developing asset management plans and produce your own strategy to keep the plant at optimal efficiency. You will also have budget control and be working closely with the directors to improve the plant and CAPEX projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering management background from a heavy industrial manufacturing industry and be wanting to stamp your own image on a team.

This is a fantastic role for an engineering manager to join a company that will offer you autonomy in a varied and challenging role where you will play a key part in this company's growth and development.

The role:

* Manage a team of 15 on site engineers.

* Develop monitoring plans to keep the plant at optimal efficiency

* Establish and align KPI's for the plant to keep moving forwards

* Ensure safety and environmental regulatory compliance.

* Design and develop an Engineering strategy that continually takes company forwards.

The person:

*Engineering or Maintenance manager

*Come from a heavy industrial manufacturing background

*Mechanical and Electrical qualifications.

*Direct experience in leading and developing a team
