The Role:

*Senior management position where you directly impact company's growth

*Managing a small team of 4 engineers

*Dealing with customers directly

The Person:

*Mechanical engineering background, Air Compression or Pumps advantageous

*Experience managing an engineering team or dealing with customers in a Service Role
